Who are We:

Sports Concerts and Events are a supplier of specialist crowd management and event security staff for the events industry.

SCE have a raison d'être to continually improve the standards of training and quality of service that our teams deliver with the goal to be the best within the event safety industry whilst continually paying above the industry normal.

The teams work very closely together, we have a great comradery and everyone there understands the job of keeping the crowd safe.

What type of people are you looking for:

Background doesn't matter to us, but the ability to pay attention to what your doing, listen to briefs and play your part in the safety officer's plan, good timekeeping and be well groomed (as in clean) are what we look for in staff. Everything else we can teach.

Work we do:

We have done anything and everything from VIP parking for Silverstone, front of stage PIT safety, international football for England ladies, national football from the Premier League to Non League, Cricket both International and National levels, festivals from 1k to 100k people, running events such as London Marathon down to a villages 5k event and tea parties for the Queen's Jubilee.

Training:

Mandatory training in crowd safety, customer service, safeguarding, conflict management and traffic safety is required by all staff. But don't panic it is offered for free. We also other free courses but these are mandatory.
